Admins keep tasks moving and project consultants focus on a defined scope. I provide senior-level partnership by guiding strategy, strengthening systems, and equipping your team to operate with confidence and clarity into the future.

Support is structured as a monthly engagement. I work with multiple clients, so I am not full time with one organization, but I provide consistent availability, regular check-ins, and reliable follow-through.

I specialize in small and mid-size nonprofits that may not have or need a full-time operations hire, or where leaders are carrying operations on their own while also managing strategy and programs. I also work with large and established organization who are scaling or planning for growth.
