I will clean up and optimize your Clearview CRM donor database.

I've spent 9 years managing Clearview data integrity. I'll clean up your database so it actually supports your fundraising strategy.

What you get:

• Duplicate Record Review & Merge — Identify and merge duplicate donor records using matching algorithms and manual review
• Data Standardization — Standardize name formats, addresses,*****numbers,*****addresses, and gift coding across your database
• Missing Data Fill-In — Research and populate missing key fields (employer, title, *****, *****) using publicly available sources
• Field & Tag Audit — Review your custom fields and tags for consistency, recommend a clean field structure, and reorganize as needed
• Custom Report Build — Create 2–3 custom reports you'll actually use (donor summary, giving trends, campaign progress, lapsed donor list)
• Cleanup Summary Document — Before-and-after summary of what was fixed, recommendations for ongoing data hygiene, and a maintenance checklist
