How much time do you need from our team each month?
Typically 1 to 2 hours. I need access to your bank statements, QuickBooks or whatever system you use, and a brief monthly check-in with your executive director or board treasurer.
Do we need to have QuickBooks or accounting software already set up?
No. If you do not have a system in place I will recommend a simple setup appropriate for your organization's size and help you get it running in month one.
