With over 5+ years of experience in CSR and social impact, I specialise in programme management, NGO partnerships, and impact measurement. From managing a significant CSR budget to leading flood relief activations that mobilised 9,000+ volunteers for 175,000+ hours, my work has driven measurable outcomes across both corporate and grassroots settings. I've held key roles at organisations like Salesforce India, iVolunteer, and Piramal Foundation, where I led volunteer and grants programmes, built and vetted NGO partnerships, and worked directly in underserved communities.

Across these roles, I've partnered with NGOs on grant writing, due diligence, and partnership design, and helped corporates structure CSR programmes that meet Section 135 and Schedule VII requirements while staying grounded in real community needs.
