We’ll start by scheduling an initial meeting within the next 5 business days to discuss your current fundraising situation, objectives, and what kind of support you’re looking for. After that, we’ll tailor the timeline and set milestones based on the agreed-upon strategy. Since each organization has different priorities and resources, the length of the project will vary. We’ll work closely together to assess progress and determine the right level of support needed to ensure success. Our regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) will help guide the process and ensure we stay on track.
My fee is hourly, and the time required will vary depending on your organization’s specific needs—one size does not fit all. Together, we’ll design a plan that fits your goals and budget.
