Leadership Accountability & Capacity Support for Nonprofits

I work with nonprofit leaders and small social-impact teams who are carrying high responsibility with limited structure and need clarity, prioritisation, and follow-through without burning out themselves or their organisations.

Most nonprofits don’t fail because of lack of mission or commitment. They struggle when responsibility grows faster than capacity: leadership roles become overloaded, priorities blur, and delivery relies too heavily on individual effort rather than systems.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership support, capacity-building, and operational clarity. I support Executive Directors, Programme Leads, and founders to:

• clarify what truly matters now (and what can wait)




• design realistic priorities based on actual capacity




• create lightweight systems that support delivery




• stay accountable without adding pressure or bureaucracy

I bring over 15 years of experience across nonprofit operations, EU funding environments, governance, and leadership development. This allows me to work comfortably with both the structural demands of nonprofit work and the human realities of leadership under constraint.

I don’t offer generic coaching, task execution, or one-size-fits-all frameworks. My role is to strengthen leadership capacity so organisations can deliver their mission sustainably.
