We deal honestly and forthrightly and will do our best to disclose to you the contingencies you need to be aware of regarding the programs you are considering. 

Our goal is to help you meet your funding needs. We will not try to “sell” you on grants that may not be an adequate fit to land the work contract. We also offer various capacity-building services in addition to grant writing if you want to enhance your organization’s ability to seek out and apply for grants independently.

With over 20 years of experience in grant writing, management, and strategic planning, Allison has successfully secured millions in funding for nonprofits, municipalities, higher education institutions, and tribal organizations.

Allison’s expertise spans the full grant lifecycle, including prospect research, proposal development, compliance, and program evaluation. She is passionate about empowering organizations to achieve their missions through effective grant practices, offering tailored solutions to meet unique challenges.

Allison has been recognized nationally for her contributions to the field. She received the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) President's Award in 2018, honoring her dedication to advancing the grant profession. In 2024, she was awarded the Grant Professionals Certification Institute (GPCI) Pillars of Support Award, a testament to her excellence in mentoring, leadership, and innovation in grant development.
