Pre-session review of key documents (org chart, job descriptions, strategic plan, staff feedback, etc.). Two 90–120 minute strategy sessions with leadership and/or key team leads. A customized Team & Leadership Alignment Action Plan with recommendations on role clarity, team structure, decision-making, and staff engagement. A 30-minute follow-up check-in within 30 days to review progress and adjust as needed.
Sessions are usually conducted via video conferencing platforms like Teams or Zoom. However, alternative arrangements can be made if communicated in advance. Traveling outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area may incur additional travel expenses that need to be negotiated beforehand.
