As an experienced educator, school administrator, and nonprofit leader, my consulting mission is to support nonprofit organizations in removing obstacles to better execute their mission by providing consulting services in fundraising, strategic development, and board development.
I specialize in supporting Catholic and other faith-based ministries including education, parishes and churches, and leadership teams with a specific focus in fundraising specializing in major gift solicitation, strategic enrollment management, board development, and leadership coaching.
My personal experience has allowed me to have a special interest and focus in engaging the Latino sector through marketing for major gifts as well as for engaging Latino families for enrollment in independent schools.
As a music teacher, I have also served as board member, artistic director, and executive director of performing arts nonprofit organizations and have a special interest in supporting endeavors that help facilitate music education to local communities.
