Can I request different deliverables?

Not exactly—but we think you’ll appreciate why! This package is designed to be efficient, impactful, and affordable by including communication pieces that reinforce one another throughout the year. You’ll be able to choose between digital or print options for several deliverables (we recommend a mix!), and everything is customized for your organization—no cookie-cutter templates here. There’s also flexibility within the collateral, like featuring news and events instead of impact stories for your web content, or shifting a fundraising campaign into a community awareness or gratitude campaign. We’re always happy to discuss how to align your goals within the package framework.

How much work is expected of me?

We’ll handle the heavy lifting, but we’ll lean on you for your organizational insights and expertise. We’ll start with a 2-hour Brand Benchmark session (you’ll need about an hour of prep beforehand). After that, we’ll meet for monthly 1-hour planning sessions to coordinate projects and gather key information. Ongoing communication happens through our easy-to-use online portal. We’ll also ask you to review and approve all content. If you use specialized donor platforms or content management systems other than WordPress or Squarespace, we’ll provide ready-to-go content for you, or your team, to upload.

What's the timeline look like?

The first month is focused on getting to know your organization and understanding your current communication cadence. During that time, we’ll complete the Brand Benchmark, set up your portal, clarify how we’ll work together, start gathering content, and map out your year-long support plan. From there, we’ll move into regular monthly deliverables—capturing stories, gathering images, and producing content and collateral that support your goals.

How quickly will I see results or impacts from your services?

While no one can guarantee specific results—especially in a partnership built on collaboration—most clients start to notice improved efficiency and a more cohesive communication approach right away. Long-term results like donor growth and brand consistency take time, but we’ll equip you with tools and insights to start making an impact from day one.

How long is the contract?

Your Done-for-You service runs for 12 consecutive months, starting when you’re ready. You’ll be invoiced upon signing for the first month, then monthly on the 1st thereafter.

What if my organization's priorities change during the year?

Change is normal, and we've planned for it! During monthly check-ins, we’ll revisit goals and adjust as needed to keep your communications aligned with what matters most to your organization.

Probably not. This service works best for organizations that are already up and running—with a solid track record of donor or supporter communications. If you have a clear mission, some content to pull from (like photos, outcomes, or past campaign materials), and you're looking for consistent strategy and execution across the board, you’re in the right place.
