4. Freelancers’ Responsibilities

No Outside Transactions: All transactions and payments must be completed through the NonprofitFreelancers.com platform.

5. Nonprofits’ Responsibilities

Nonprofits using NonprofitFreelancers.com agree to:

Payment Commitment: Pay for services as outlined in project agreements through the platform.
Clear Communication: Provide clear instructions and respond promptly to freelancers’ inquiries.
Respect Contracts: Adhere to the agreed-upon timelines and conditions for freelance work.

6. Fees and Payments

Service Fees: NonprofitFreelancers.com charges a service fee to both freelancers and nonprofits. This fee is used to maintain the platform and ensure a high-quality user experience.
Platform Payments: All payments for services rendered must be processed through our platform. Payments outside of the platform are not permitted.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued in cases of non-delivery or significant issues with the services provided, subject to our dispute resolution process.

7. Dispute Resolution

We understand that disputes may arise between nonprofits and freelancers. In such cases:

Dispute Reporting: Both parties can submit a dispute within 14 days of service completion if they are unsatisfied with the service.

9. Termination of Accounts

Suspend or Terminate Accounts: Users found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.
Voluntary Account Closure: Users may close their accounts at any time, but must complete any outstanding obligations (e.g., payments or project deliveries).

10. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: NonprofitFreelancers.com does not guarantee the quality or suitability of freelancers or the outcome of any projects.
Limited Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
