Hey, I’m Shannon, the country’s youngest female TV anchor and weather forecaster while still in college. I got my start at an ABC affiliate in my hometown, but soon shifted gears to make waves in the nonprofit world where I could make a difference through my storytelling skills.

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve developed a knack for advocacy, fund development, and marketing. I’ve raised more than $63 million for nonprofits, earned multiple awards, and even helped change laws to create a more equitable society.

I hold a master’s in communication administration and various accreditations in public relations, fundraising, human rights, social media, and ChatGPT & generative AI. I’m known as a scrappy innovator who gets things done.
