Hi, I am Shivani, Co-founder of my own impact advisory firm called Own2Feet Association. I work with small and mid-sized nonprofits to streamline their operations and build winning strategies and systems to deliver higher impact and access more funding. My core strength lies in helping founders and leaders articulate their vision of social change, and helping them build the strategic narrative around it. My background working in market research and leading monitoring & evaluation + knowledge management in nonprofits is another strength area - I help nonprofits build realistic and effective MEL systems internally to enable data-based decision making and growth in the organization.
