He works with nonprofit and behavioral health leaders to design practical systems that improve reporting, strengthen decision-making, and help organizations clearly demonstrate their outcomes to boards, donors, and funders.

Pearson brings experience in strategic planning, operational process design, and technical project leadership. His background includes working with federal government partners and venture-backed technology startups.

He received his Master’s degree in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University and his Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Wayne State University.

Pearson is a proud husband to his wife, Lydia, and proud father to his daughter, Lennon.
