I'm a nonprofit operations professional with a background in sales, administration, and organizational leadership. Since January 2025, I've handled operations for the Climate Democracy Initiative, a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) working on climate action and civic engagement. I started as the organization's first Executive Administrator and was promoted to Operations Manager in August 2026.

I genuinely enjoy the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a small nonprofit running smoothly: organizing a messy Google Drive, setting up Monday.com boards, implementing a CRM, writing the SOPs that save a team from relearning the same process every time. I've also handled Colorado Secretary of State charitable renewal filings, IRS-compliant donor acknowledgment letters, board travel and reimbursement policy, and board meeting minutes, the kind of tasks that matter a lot but rarely get much credit.

Before nonprofit work, I spent years in sales administration and childcare center management, so I've been juggling compliance, people, and deadlines for most of my career. I care about doing things right, not just fast, and I know how much it means to a small team when someone reliable takes something off their plate.
